Environmental isotope studies of runoff generation: appropriate approaches? / M.G. Sklash.
Title: | Environmental isotope studies of runoff generation: appropriate approaches? / M.G. Sklash. |
Author(s): | Sklash, M. G. |
Date: | 1991. |
In: | Eos : transactions, American Geophysical Union. (1991.), Vol. 72(44, supplement) (1991) |
Abstract: | AGU Fall Meeting Program and Abstracts, December 9-13, 1991. Studies over past five years using isotope technique point out potential difficulties associated with use of simple mass-balance equations and attendant assumptions of Sklash and Farvolden (1979). Aim of present work includes discussion of spreadsheet model Separé that can be used to assess significance of deviations from simple model assumptions and to suggest appropriate approaches for using environmental isotopes in runoff studies. |
