Abstract: | Combination of vertical and oblique air photographs, Landsat images, and seismic records was used to pinpoint time of occurrence of rockslides across glacier. These sources are evaluated to ascertain when rockslides occurred and to determine, if possible, trigger mechanisms for them. Velocity of glacier can be estimated by comparing images of rockslides taken at different times. |
