Record #112090:

Asthenospheric ice load effects in a global dynamical-system model of the Pleistocene climate / Barry Saltzman, M. Verbitsky.

Title: Asthenospheric ice load effects in a global dynamical-system model of the Pleistocene climate / Barry Saltzman, M. Verbitsky.
Author(s): Saltzman, Barry.
Verbitsky, M.
Date: 1991.
In: Eos : transactions, American Geophysical Union. (1991.), Vol. 72(44, supplement) (1991)
Abstract: AGU Fall Meeting Program and Abstracts, December 9-13, 1991. Previous model extended by adding bedrock/asthenosphere depression and its associated ice-calving effects. Within context of this model, main results of previous bedrock/ice-sheet models are demonstrated, possibility of accounting for further aspects of palaeoclimate record is illustrated by using, in particular, effects of CO₂, and some interesting properties of model are discussed, allowing for free fluctuations in absence of Milankovich forcing.
