Record #112014:

The channel & tor-landscape in southeastern Jameson Land, East Greenland / Christian Hjort, Otto Salvigsen.

Title: The channel & tor-landscape in southeastern Jameson Land, East Greenland / Christian Hjort, Otto Salvigsen.
Author(s): Hjort, Christian.
Salvigsen, Otto.
Date: 1991.
Publisher: Lund: Lund University, Department of Quaternary Geology
In: Last interglacial-glacial cycle : preliminary report on the PONAM fieldwork in Jameson Land and Scoresby Sund, East Greenland. Proceedings of the Ponam Workshop in Skanör, Sweden 23-26.4.1991. (1991.),
Abstract: Describes roles of fluvial, glacial and periglacial processes in forming this topography. Seems likely that origin of landscape was subglacial and subaerial fluvial erosion in connection with deglaciation and deposition of Jameson Land Drift. Eolian processes took place later.
