Record #111179:

Quasi-steady problems in freezing soils: 3. Analysis of experimental data / Yoshisuke Nakano, Kazuo Takeda.

Title: Quasi-steady problems in freezing soils: 3. Analysis of experimental data / Yoshisuke Nakano, Kazuo Takeda.
Author(s): Nakano, Yoshisuke.
Takeda, Kazuo.
Date: 1991.
In: Cold Regions Science and Technology. (1991.), Vol. 19(3) (1991)
Abstract: Results of mathematical and experimental studies presented in two earlier papers in this series on three distinct and representative models of frozen fringe clearly show one model as being consistent with experimental data, while empirical evidence against other two is overwhelming. In this paper, properties of favorable model are examined further by analyzing experimental data in detail.
