Title: | Diving behaviour in relation to water temperature in the southern elephant seal: foraging implications / I.L. Boyd, Tom Arnbom. |
Author(s): | Boyd, I. L. Arnbom, Tom. |
Date: | 1991. |
In: | Polar Biology. (1991.), Vol. 11(4) (1991) |
Abstract: | Describes diving pattern of a single adult female southern elephant seal (Mirounga leonina) over period of 27 days after she had moulted and left South Georgia at end of January 1989. Correlates diving data with simultaneous information about physical features of the water column. |
