Record #110859:

Hirnantian glaciomarine diamictites -- evidence for the spread of glaciation and its effect on Upper Ordovician faunas / P.J. Brenchley, M. Romano, T.P. Young, P. Storch.

Title: Hirnantian glaciomarine diamictites -- evidence for the spread of glaciation and its effect on Upper Ordovician faunas / P.J. Brenchley, M. Romano, T.P. Young, P. Storch.
Author(s): Brenchley, P. J.
Romano, M.
Young, T. P.
Storch, P.
Date: 1991.
In: Geological Survey of Canada. Paper. (1991.), Vol. 90-9 (1991)
Abstract: Found in Portugal and Czechoslovakia as well as Morocco. Thus, although continental glaciation of Saharan Africa cannot be dated accurately, extension of ice into peripheral areas appears to have been confined to Hirnantian, consistent with Hirnantian eustatic sea level changes.
