The Ruonasvagge massive sulphide deposit in the Norrbotten Caledonides, Sweden / Krister Sundblad.
Title: | The Ruonasvagge massive sulphide deposit in the Norrbotten Caledonides, Sweden / Krister Sundblad. |
Author(s): | Sundblad, Krister. |
Date: | 1991. |
In: | Geologiska Föreningens i Stockholm Förhandlingar. (1991.), Vol. 113(1) (1991) |
Abstract: | Description of first stratiform, massive sulphide mineralization recognized in Caledonian thrust nappe units of Norrbotten. Similarities between Ruonasvagge and Ankarvattnet (Jämtland) deposits with respect to geological setting, morphology, mineralogy and chemistry suggest that Ruonasvagge deposit was formed by similar "volcanogenic" ore-forming processes. |
