| Abstract: | Excavations were carried out in 1918, 1986, 1988 and 1989. During last three seasons, eight certain and two uncertain graves have been excavated. Morphology of graves suggests dating to Early Iron Age (Late Roman / Migration period), which has been confirmed by finds and one C14 date. Suggests that burial ground was originally classic example of its time. |
