Record #110513:

Climate variability on the 10--100-year time scale: observations and possible causes / T.M.L. Wigley.

Title: Climate variability on the 10--100-year time scale: observations and possible causes / T.M.L. Wigley.
Author(s): Wigley, T. M. L.
Date: [1991]
Publisher: Boulder, CO: University Corporation for Atmospheric Research, Office for Interdisciplinary Earth Studies
In: Global changes of the past. Papers arising from the 1989 OIES Global Change Institute, Snowmass, Colorado, 24 July-4 August 1989. ([1991]),
Abstract: Simple model simulations used to provide insights into magnitude and possible causes of natural variability of climate over past 10 ka. Characterizes changes during Holocene by means of chronology based on glacier advance and retreat compiled by Röthlisberger (1986), from which it appears that changes in solar irradiance are cause of climatic change.
