Record #110243:

On the shear strength of geophysical scale ice rubble / M.A. Hopkins, William D. Hibler, III.

Title: On the shear strength of geophysical scale ice rubble / M.A. Hopkins, William D. Hibler, III.
Author(s): Hopkins, M. A.
Hibler, William D.,
Date: 1991.
In: Cold Regions Science and Technology. (1991.), Vol. 19(2) (1991)
Abstract: Two-dimensional particle simulation is developed for modelling systems of irregular polygonal particles. Series of numerical experiments is performed with simulated two-dimensional shearbox filled with blocks which have length to thickness distribution characteristic of pressure ridges.
Notes:

Cold Regions Science and Technology. Vol. 19(2) :201-212 (1991).
