Abstract: | History of Greenlandair and its subsidiary, Greenlandair Charter Inc., currently using Sikorsky S-61N helicopters and Dehavilland Dash-7 STOL (Short Takeoff and Landing) aircraft. Associated company runs travel agency and tour operator service, and Greenlandair also owns and operates hotel and conference centre in Ilulissat. Investment in runways for fixed-wing aircraft is regarded as key factor in realization of political vision for Greenland. |
