Elastic visco-plastic modelling of a frozen sand using equivalent time / J.-H. Yin, L. Domaschuk, J. Graham.

Title: Elastic visco-plastic modelling of a frozen sand using equivalent time / J.-H. Yin, L. Domaschuk, J. Graham.
Author(s): Yin, J. -H.
Domaschuk, L.
Graham, J.
Date: 1990.
Publisher: New York: American Society of Mechanical Engineers
In: Offshore and Arctic Operations Symposium 1990 presented at the Thirteenth Annual Energy-Sources Technology Conference and Exhibition, New Orleans, Louisiana, January 14-18, 1990 ... [proceedings]. (1990.),
Abstract: Preaents new model incorporating several concepts such as flow surface, flow rule, scaling function and neutral line. Suggests new method for determining scaling function. Multi-stage isotropic stress creep test is used to find parameters in scaling function. Model is formulated and calibrated for triaxial stress states and used to calculate strain-time curves for multi-stage, constant mean normal stress, triaxial compression creep test and for multi-stage, constant cell pressure, triaxial compression creep test.
