Record #106652:

A method of thermodynamic numerical sea ice forecast in the Bohai sea / Weibin Chen, Renshu Wang, Xushi Liu, Qinzheng Liu.

Title: A method of thermodynamic numerical sea ice forecast in the Bohai sea / Weibin Chen, Renshu Wang, Xushi Liu, Qinzheng Liu.
Author(s): Chen, Weibin.
Wang, Renshu.
Liu, Xushi.
Liu, Qinzheng.
Date: 1990.
Publisher: Espoo: Helsinki University of Technology
In: IAHR. The 10th Symposium on Ice, August 20-24, 1990, Espoo, Finland. Proceedings. (1990.), Vol. 1.
Abstract: Growth and decay of sea ice in Bo Hai are affected by warm current from connecting Yellow Sea (Huang Hai). Therefore, in modelling, it is necessary to consider effect of advective heating by current, as well as solar radiation, longwave radiation, cloud cover, latent and sensible heat, and heat conduction. Model is suitable for medium-range forecasting.
