| Abstract: | Experiment on diagnosis of energy interaction at boundaries between ocean and atmosphere was carried out from November 1987 to April 1988 with aim of researching: processes of energy exchange at ocean-atmosphere boundary, including small-scale interaction between fluctuating temperatures of underlying surface and frequent changes in regime of ocean surface; also evaluation of role of ocean currents, radiative, phasal and advective currents in formation of heat and moisture balance in atmosphere; description of evolution of North Atlantic current in this area and role of advective and localized mechanisms in formation of temperature anomalies at ocean surface. Results are presented. |
