Abstract: | Dissolved major ionic components Na⁺, K⁺, Mg²⁺, Ca²⁺, Cl⁻ and SO₄⁻ in waters of lakes, ponds and melt streams of the Syowa, Vestfold and McMurdo oases classified by principal component analysis and with modelling under an assumption of ions removed by fractional freezing. Also investigates local characteristics of water in Syowa Oasis and McMurdo Oasis. |
