Record #105573:

Consequences of climatic change for hydrology in permafrost zones / Ming-ko Woo.

Title: Consequences of climatic change for hydrology in permafrost zones / Ming-ko Woo.
Author(s): Woo, Ming-ko.
Date: 1990.
In: Journal of Cold Regions Engineering. (1990.), Vol. 4(1) (1990)
Abstract: All components of water balance for permafrost areas are likely to be affected. Predictions should be made on more quantitative basis. Further research should examine spatial analogues and apply present-day climatic variability to explore climate change scenarios, and computer models should be used to simulate possible effects of global warming.
