Record #105069:

Laminated terrigenous sediments from the Antarctic Peninsula: the role of subglacial and marine processes / Eugene W. Domack.

Title: Laminated terrigenous sediments from the Antarctic Peninsula: the role of subglacial and marine processes / Eugene W. Domack.
Author(s): Domack, Eugene W.
Date: 1990.
Publisher: London: Geological Society
In: Glacimarine environments : processes and sediments. (1990.),
Abstract: Reports occurrence of these sediments and discusses unique combination of glacial and marine processes which are believed to control deposition in polar to subpolar climate. Facies context of these sediments as ice-proximal has important implications regarding interpretation of ancient glacimarine sequences as well as glacial stratigraphic record along peninsula.
