Record #105058:

Reconstruction of ice-flow directions south of the Baltic Sea during the Saalian and Weichselian glaciations / Margot Böse.

Title: Reconstruction of ice-flow directions south of the Baltic Sea during the Saalian and Weichselian glaciations / Margot Böse.
Author(s): Böse, Margot.
Date: 1990.
In: Boreas. (1990.), Vol. 19(3) (1990)
Abstract: Field studies in Berlin, published data and re-interpretation of relevant literature lead to hypothesis proposing that ice margin of each glaciation has been nourished by several ice flows coming from different directions, mostly north-north-east at onset to east-north-east in later phases. This led to differences in composition of tills of same age.
