In: Canadian Journal of Fisheries and Aquatic Sciences. (1990.), Vol. 47(10) (1990)
Abstract: Presents results of quantitative analysis of biogenic silica and siliceous microfossils showing increased abundance and modified species composition chiefly in sediments of post-industrial era. Possibly due to atmospheric transport of nutrients from remote sources.
