Record #104326:

The influence of shape on iceberg wave-induced velocity statistics / J.H. Lever, D. Sen, D. Attwood.

Title: The influence of shape on iceberg wave-induced velocity statistics / J.H. Lever, D. Sen, D. Attwood.
Author(s): Lever, J. H.
Sen, D.
Attwood, D.
Date: 1990.
In: Journal of Offshore Mechanics and Arctic Engineering. (1990.), Vol. 112(3) (1990)
Abstract: Motion response of small icebergs in waves provides information for design of offshore structures that are resistant to impacts. Aim was to provide guidance as to variability of impact velocity statistics attributable to random iceberg shape.
Notes:

Journal of Offshore Mechanics and Arctic Engineering. Vol. 112(3) :263-269 (1990).

Revised paper, first published in: Sodhi, D.S. and others, eds. Proceedings of the Seventh International Conference on Offshore Mechanics and Arctic Engineering, Houston, Texas, 7-12 February 1988. Vol. 4. New York, American Society of Mechanical Engineers, 1988, p. 125-132.
