Abstract: In response to national and international attention on Antarctic science management, the National Science Foundation (NSF), manager of the US Antarctic Programs (USAP), has issued two reports: one called A National Science Foundation strategy for compliance with environmental law in Antarctica and a second on implementation of the NSF's strategy. Briefly describes clean-up activities at McMurdo and Palmer stations.
