Abstract: Describes analytical procedure that can determine large creep deformation of ice both in and out of plane of ice sheet, and presents related numerical solutions obtained from complete analysis of creep buckling problem of interest. Numerical results were obtained by using ABAQUS finite-element program with large displacement and small strain considerations.
