Diurnal patterns of the bi-directional reflectance of fresh-water ice / George A. Leshkevich, Donald W. Deering, Thomas F. Eck, Suraiya P. Ahmad.

Title: Diurnal patterns of the bi-directional reflectance of fresh-water ice / George A. Leshkevich, Donald W. Deering, Thomas F. Eck, Suraiya P. Ahmad.
Author(s): Leshkevich, George A.
Deering, Donald W.
Eck, Thomas F.
Ahmad, Suraiya P.
Date: 1990.
In: Annals of Glaciology. (1990.), Vol. 14 (1990)
Abstract: Purpose of study was to document clear-sky, bi-directional reflectance characteristics of re-frozen slush ice in visible and near infrared region, assess diurnal nature of reflectance, and quantify surface anisotropy in order to improve interpretation of surface cryospheric albedo from satellite sensor data.
