Transport rates of Na⁺, Cl⁻, NO₃⁻ and SO₄²⁺ by drifting snow at Mizuho station, Antarctica / Kazuo Osada, Keiji Higuchi.

Title: Transport rates of Na⁺, Cl⁻, NO₃⁻ and SO₄²⁺ by drifting snow at Mizuho station, Antarctica / Kazuo Osada, Keiji Higuchi.
Author(s): Osada, Kazuo.
Higuchi, Keiji.
Date: 1990.
In: National Institute of Polar Research. Proceedings of the NIPR Symposium on Polar Meteorology and Glaciology. (1990.), Vol. 3 (1990)
Abstract: Compares with transport rates of chemical constituents by ice flow at Mizuho station; both processes are important. Also compares sulphate transport by drifting snow perpendicular to 2000 m contour line with that through whole Antarctic atmosphere, because sulphate in Antarctic snow and ice originates from background aerosol which consists mainly of H₂SO₄.
