Record #102937:

Sixty-four years of regular ozone measurements / E.L. Simmons.

Title: Sixty-four years of regular ozone measurements / E.L. Simmons.
Author(s): Simmons, E. L.
Date: 1990.
In: Meteorological Magazine. (1990.), Vol. 119(1412) (1990)
Abstract: Brief account of the development of the Dobson ozone spectrophotometer which has been used for over 60 years to make world-wide measurements of atmospheric ozone amounts. These observations define the normal behaviour of ozone against which recent reductions, such as the Antarctic ozone hole, can be compared.
Notes:

Meteorological Magazine. Vol. 119(1412) :53-57 (1990).

Keywords: 551.510.534 -- Ozone layer.
551.510.41 -- Atmosphere, chemical properties.
551.508.9 -- Meteorological instruments.
551.508.95 -- Atmosphere, measurement of composition.
