Genetics and conservation of yellow-eyed penguin: an interim report / Sue Triggs, John Darby.

Title: Genetics and conservation of yellow-eyed penguin: an interim report / Sue Triggs, John Darby.
Author(s): Triggs, Sue.
Darby, John.
Date: 1989.
In: New Zealand. Dept. of Conservation. Science and Research Internal Reports. (1989.), Vol. 43 (1989)
Abstract: Reports on genetic structure and migration between populations of yellow-eyed penguins on South Island of New Zealand, Campbell Island and Enderby Island. Discusses potential role of immigration from sub-Antarctic in population recovery in South Island, and suggests strategies for maintaining genetic viability based on assessment of genetic structure and diversity within species.
