| Abstract: | Secondary pollen of subglacial till in circum-Baltic region of Europe reflects pollen assemblages of preceding interstadial or interglacial sediment. Tills and glaciolacustrine sediments from Ontario were investigated to compare pollen content in glacigenic deposits of various ages. Results are discussed; they do not appear to relate conclusively to those from Baltic. |
