Record #100958:

The influence of snowcover on the growth of Antarctic fast ice / Greg B. Crocker.

Title: The influence of snowcover on the growth of Antarctic fast ice / Greg B. Crocker.
Author(s): Crocker, Greg B.
Date: 1989.
In: Eastern Snow Conference. Proceedings. (1989.), Vol. 46th Annual Meeting (1989)
Abstract: Measurements of properties of snow cover on fast ice in McMurdo Sound are discussed in relation to their effects on ice growth. Simple thermodynamic model is described which can be used to simulate these effects over range of ice, snow-cover, and atmospheric conditions.
