Membership means you can help the Scott Polar Research Institute:

  • INSPIRE future generations with dramatic tales of polar exploration, past and present.
  • DISCOVER the stories of the world's coldest, direst and windiest places.
  • UNDERSTAND the polar regions through cutting edge research and collections.
  • PROTECT and conserve our polar heritage.

How do I join or renew my membership?

All members wishing to subscribe or renew with a Standing Order will need to fill out an actual form and post it to us.
Please request the form from the Friends Secretary, Celene Pickard by email friends@spri.cam.ac.uk and include your name and contact address, thank you.

Membership options

Fees from 2017:

Individual / Family membership

£25 per individual
£40 (for two adults and any children up to 18 at the same address)

Life / Joint Life Membership

£400 per individual
£650 (joint life membership for two adults at the same address)
