How to apply

Expedition leaders should either download an application form or write to the Secretary of the Fund at the address below requesting a formal application form. When writing, the leader should provide the name of the expedition, its destination and approximate dates.

The closing date for the receipt of completed application forms is 31st January in any year.

After the Expedition

The Preliminary Report Form should be e-mailed as soon as possible after the return of the expedition to the e-mail address above.

The Final Report with accompanying photos/maps should be emailed as a single PDF file to the e-mail address above by the end of the calendar year. The Final Report will be catalogued and held electronically in Cambridge University's Institutional Repository. Where possible, the author(s) of the report, the date of the report and the place of publication should be added to the front page of the Final Report.
