Visits by the public
Visitors to SPRI are most welcome. The following may be of interest:
- Please note that the Museum is closed until June 2010 for a major programme of renovation. The Museum is normally open 11.00am-4.00pm, Tuesday-Saturday, except bank holidays and certain other days, closed on Sundays and Mondays. The Museum Shop sells SPRI publications, books and postcards to personal callers, or on request by fax, post or e-mail.

- Public Lectures are held on alternate Saturdays in the Lent (Spring) and Michaelmas (Autumn) terms.
- Other special events are organised for The Friends of the Scott Polar Research Institute.
