Full description:

Whole: The seated allegorical figure of Liberty, her left hand holding a lance topped by a Liberty or Phrygian cap, her right resting on a rounded triangular shield in the centre of which is the face of a sun with rays. She faces a column crowned with laurels and inscribed "LIBERTAD".
