Full description:

Dart: Bird. Shaft is made from a single piece of wood, circular in cross-section, that tapers towards each end. Long, circular iron head with laterally flattened end is inserted into hole in distal end of shaft which is wrapped 16x with beige string. Two bone lateral prongs are attached at mid-section with wrapping of string. Each flattened prong is made from a single piece of bone with three barbs carved on one side. Two rectangular depressions at mid-section of shaft. Circular bone peg at butt end.
