A second piece of dehaired seal skin (fjord - from label) forms the upper foot, forming a point at front of leg. Slit in skin, forming a loop, is made at seam on each side of foot 80 mm from toe. Leg section is made from two pieces of dehaired seal skin (fjord - from label) seamed vertically along centre front and one side. Skin at straight upper edge is turned to the interior to form a 19 mm wide casing. Two holes in casing at the back. Structural sewing is with sinew.
