Gino Watkins Memorial Fund
The fund, under the joint trusteeship of the University of Cambridge and the Royal Geographical Society, gives grants towards expeditions that meets its objectives of guiding and inspiring enterprising young people towards scientific research and exploration in the polar regions. We thank the Augustine Courtauld Trust for a contribution of £7000 this year.

- Imperial College Diving Expedition, Greenland 1995 - £1500
- The British-Norwegian Spitsbergen Traverse 1996 - £1500
- Queens University, Belfast, Arctic Norway Expedition - £600
- Keele University, West Greenland Expedition - £300
- Alaska 95 - £800
- UHSU Svalbard Expedition 95 - £300
- Greenland Expedition 95 - £1000
- British Trans-Spitsbergen Expedition - £800
