How to apply
- Application form in MS Word format
Expedition leaders should either download an Application Form or write to the Secretary of the Fund at the address below requesting a formal application form. When writing, the leader should provide the name of the expedition, its destination and approximate dates.
The closing date for the receipt of completed application forms is 31st January in any year.

After the Expedition
The Preliminary Report Form should be e-mailed or sent as soon as possible after the return of the expedition to email@example.com .
The Final Report should be a paper copy with accompanying photos/maps which will go into the Scott Polar Research Institute Library. This should be submitted by the end of the calendar year.
